Data We Collect
On this pre-launch page, we collect only:
- Email address — to notify you at launch and secure your priority access.
- Language preference — to send communications in your language (EN or FR).
- Sign-up source — to understand how you found Clearway (internal analytics only).
We do not store your raw IP address. A one-way hash (SHA-256) is used solely for anti-spam protection, then discarded.
Purpose and Legal Basis
- Launch notification — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Priority access and early-bird offer — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Anti-spam protection — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention Period
Your data is kept until the app launches, then either transferred to your user account (if you sign up) or deleted within 30 days of launch if you choose not to proceed.
You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:
- Email provider (e.g. Brevo / Mailchimp) — solely to send the launch notification.
- Hosting provider — for secure storage within the EU.
